Business Development Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for placing bids on various bidding portals like Upwork, Freelancer and PPH.
• Responsible for generating business for the company through various channels and achieving targets.
• Identify, create and pursue new business opportunities and clients.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prepare convincing write-ups/ messages.
• Utilise all knowledge and skills in company’s growth
• Provide daily and monthly reports and other required reports.

Required Skills:

• Candidate must have 2+ years of experience in business development profile with IT company.
• Must have knowledge of generating leads for website & mobile apps development projects.
• Must have knowledge of bidding portals like Upwork, Freelancers, PPH etc.
• Must have strong technical knowledge of web development projects. Must have strong knowledge of requirements for Magento, Drupal, Shopify and Wordpress.
• Must have good understanding of front end and back end projects. Must have knowledge of extensions or plugins.
• Must be analytical enough to understand project requirements and prepare the detailed proposal, pre-sales discussions, negotiations, closing the sales and handing over the client to the delivery team. Must have experience with creating PPT and business proposals to send to clients.
• Must have experience with running campaigns for google ads, email marketing and cold calling.
• Must have experience with dealing with client on Skype, Email and Calls.
• Must have outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated to meet targets.

Required Educational Qualifications:

• Must have completed Master Degree.
• Education from technical background will be preferred.
