The site is designed with a strong focus on usability and accessibility, utilizing Drupal as the content management system. A custom Bootstrap-based theme ensures mobile-friendly responsiveness across all devices. Its intuitive navigation allows users to effortlessly access essential services such as career opportunities, pet adoption, permit applications, issue reporting, events registrations, parking services, business licensing, and public records requests. The project was originally built on Drupal 9 and later updated to Drupal 10 to ensure continued compatibility and support.
