01 // The Challenge

Context.

A single storefront had to serve five Baltic and Nordic locales with region-specific Buy-Now-Pay-Later financing, parcel-machine logistics, and tight ERP and marketing integrations — far beyond off-the-shelf modules.

02 // What We Built

The build.

  • 01A dedicated headless storefront in Next.js 15 + React 19 over Magento GraphQL (Apollo Client), with an event-driven revalidation bridge that refreshes the frontend on product save/delete.
  • 02BNPL / hire-purchase financing integrated with two Baltic providers, including product-page financing messaging and order-callback handling.
  • 03Parcel-machine shipping (Itella/SmartPost, Omniva, DPD) with a cron sync of pickup-point locations and checkout selection exposed via GraphQL.
  • 04Gender- and season-aware merchandising: persistent gender session driving size conversion, new-arrival feeds, seasonal auto-categorisation, and a stacked product-badge engine.
  • 05AJAX colour-variant swatches, a VIP loyalty programme syncing tiers to Klaviyo, and an in-store stock checker returning live ERP availability.
  • 06Klevu AI search & recommendations, per-locale Google/Meta feeds, and Framer-Motion-driven storefront interactions.
