A custom Magento 2 storefront for a fine-stationery & fine-art retailer, with bidirectional ERP sync built entirely in-house (our FWS modules).
Context.
Paperbistro's products, pricing, and availability live in an Oak Street ERP, and the catalog needed case-quantity rules, segmented newsletters, and logged-in-only pricing.
The build.
- FWS_ProductSync — a bespoke ERP integration syncing products, customers, and inventory from Oak Street into Magento and pushing orders back, over six scheduled cron jobs.
- FWS_Common — the merchandising backbone: brand/outlet blocks, case-quantity cart enforcement, logged-in-only pricing, and a custom invoice-PDF override.
- FWS_Newsletter — sign-up capturing three interest segments in a dedicated table, with admin grid.
- FWS_OrderExport — custom mass CSV order export; FWS_Gallery — a standalone gallery module with REST API.
- Custom Fws/Paper theme; integrated Stripe, Mailchimp, and quick-view / brand-category UX.
